SHIPPING POLICY

We deliver your box two days before your event. You will receive a delivery window within a few days of your event with your tracking number. 

 

All of our deliveries require a signature so someone has to be home to receive the order. 

 

Please triple check your delivery date! If you need to change your delivery date please contact us at support@savelefleur.com and we will let you know if there are other options available. 

 

Do not discard or destroy the box!  All items must be returned in the same box....so hang on to the box!"   All items that arrive in the box must be returned in the same box with their components. Boxes not returned or with missing components are subject to a replacement fee of $250 per box. There is a detailed checklist with each box to ensure you are returning each item you rented. Please pack items exactly as they arrived to ensure safe delivery and avoid charges from damage.

 

 Our pickups are scheduled for the day after your event. You will get a pickup window upon order confirmation. Friday and Saturday events will be picked up on Monday. If you need to change or extend a rental please email us at support@savelefleur.com. There will be a fee of $50 per day if items are not returned on time.

 

Do not leave your box unattended for pickup. For a quicker return, feel free to take your box to a nearby UPS/FedEx store using the provided return labels. Please check your return label to determine which shipper was used for your order.

RETURN POLICY

Be sure to prepare your order for return ahead of your scheduled pickup date. We have clear directions in each box. If you need help just email us at support@savelefleur.com. If something is missing we charge a fee of 250% of the rental value. Our items are maker made and our business depends on timely returns so that other people can enjoy their events too!  If something is missing or breaks a fee will be assessed and charged upon return of the box to the credit card on file. 

 

If you cancel thirty (30) or more days in advance of the delivery date, there is no cancellation fee and you will receive a full refund issued to the payment method. Please allow 5 business days to process.

 

If you cancel less than thirty (30) days but more than fourteen (14) days in advance of the delivery date, you will not receive any refund, but you will receive a promo code that may be applied toward any future rental.

 

If you cancel fourteen (14) or fewer days in advance of your delivery date, you will not receive a refund.

 

 If you cancel within seven (7) days in advance of your delivery date, you will forfeit the order amount and be charged a cancellation fee of $200. 

 

Please plan ahead.

 

We work tirelessly to make sure that our items are beautiful and high quality. We stand by our products and ask that you take time in selecting your style.  Items may vary slightly as they are maker made but the overall aesthetic will remain the same for each box. The items in the pictures are true to life. Unfortunately we are unable to process refunds if the quality is not to your liking.

PAYMENT & DELIVERY

We ship everywhere in the continental US. You should place you order at least 15 days ahead of your requested party date. Shipping delays may occur and if they do we will reach out with a refund or more information. We accept payment from Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover, Affirm, Venmo and Paypal.

OTHER

We source from makers whenever possible. Because of this, some items may vary in look but each item in the box will remain true to the aesthetic theme. If you have questions you can contact us at support@savelefleur.com
