  • Where does Save Le Fleur currently deliver?
    We deliver across the continental United States.
  • How far ahead should I place my order?
    You should place your order at least 15 days in advance. If you need a box sooner reach out to us at support@savelefleur.com and we can discuss options.
  • Can I make changes to an existing order?
    You can login to your account or contact us at support@savelefleur.com to make changes.
  • What can I expect when my order arrives?
    You can expect a carefully packed box(es) with clear instructions about unpacking, setting up, and repacking. Save the box!
  • What's included in the box?
    See the Rent Your Look page to see exactly what is in the box. Centerpieces and decor for guest tables, head table, and a presentation table are included in the box. Plateware, silverware, and white tableclothes are not included.
  • How are deliveries scheduled?
    You can schedule your deliveries via our website.
  • Can I change my delivery date?
    You can change your delivery date within a certain time frame. If it's under 7 days you cannot change the date. Reach out to us if you have questions.
  • Do I need to be home for a delivery?
    Yes-you need to be home to sign for the delivery. You or someone you trust must be home to receive the box. You will get a tracking number with delivery windows so you can be prepared.
  • Do you deliver on weekends and holidays?
    We deliver on weekdays and some holidays. Email us if you have a specific question.
  • Are any items returnable?
    All of the items need to be returned in the same condition that you received them in and packed exactly as you received them to ensure safe shipping and parties for everyone planning on them!
  • How do I prepare my box for my return day?
    You should pack your box as you received it. There are clear instruction for unpacking and repacking the box. PLEASE SAVE THE BOX that you received your decor in. There is a charge of $250 if you lose the box.
  • Can I purchase any of the items in my box?
    At this point you cannot purchase items in the box. If an item is lost or damaged you will have to pay for the item at a rate of 200% of retail value. Our business depends on timely returns for others to enjoy their events. Our items are often one of a kind and maker made so its difficult to replace them. So, please be careful!
  • What am I supposed to keep from my rental, and what do I return?"
    You return all items in the box.
  • I can't find some of the items. What do I do?
    If you cannot locate the items email us. We will charge the card on file for missing items.
  • How do I cancel my order?
    To cancel your order please email us at support@savelefleur.com.
  • How are refunds processed?
    Refunds are processed with the card/method used for purchase.
  • What do I do if something arrives damaged in my box?
    If something arrives damaged please take a pic immediately to timestamp it and send us an email. There will be an extra in the box in case of damage. We spend a lot of time and resources on shipping to ensure extra safe delivery. Please make sure when you repack your box(es) items are packed super safely and securely.
